Aha!!!! There's Gold hidden in that old barn eh? Yup for sure. One cannot say enough about the right environment and what it can bring out in a band. Especially a band that is doing pretty well already. Well, thanks to everyone at Unsigned Artists for realizing the potential of these guys and gently encouraging them to perfect their sound.

"This Distance" embraces an age old experience of missing the one(s) you love, while you're out there doing what you know you have to do. It is a sacrifice that anyone who takes their music seriously, must make. This song is very well crafted from beginning to end.

After listening to the song, then reading about the bands experience at the farm, and then listening to the song again, you can hear the tightness of TYtV. Putting myself there, I can imagine the true sense of being relaxed, and yet intense enough to learn and pay attention to people who know what they are talking about, taking it in and returning the gift by playing your heart out to make it all work. This must have been a blast for this band.

Based on the number of views here, these guys are very popular, and rightfully so. Now.....get out there on tour and bring your sound to us all, LIVE. I look forward to hearing much more from Thirteen Yards to Victory! Ektin/DS
